A successful marketing strategy for selling a home is based on a number of criteria, current market conditions, the goals of the seller, price point of the home and the agent you hire to represent you. A good agent should be utilizing a variety of media to reach the optimum buyer pool. Below are some of the tools I use to sell my clients homes, implemented based on the situation.
A custom property website will be created.
- Just Listed postcards mailed to the surrounding area residents.
- With owners permission, Broker Open House for local agent community.
- A custom color property brochure will be created.
- E-Blast with photos and property website link sent to agents working with buyers.
- Detailed description of the property with professional photography in desert area and Los Angeles multiple listing services.
- With the owner’s permission, a For Sale sign will be placed on the property.
- With owners permission, For Sale sign placed on the property
- Syndication of listing to multiple websites with worldwide exposure such as Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia and many more.
Custom property postcards will be designed and mailed to the area.
The property will be advertised in the MLS guide with a full page color advertisement.
