A successful marketing strategy for selling a home is based on a number of criteria, current market conditions, the goals of the seller, price point of the home and the agent you hire to represent you. A good agent should be utilizing a variety of media to reach the optimum buyer pool. Below are some of the tools I use to sell my clients homes, implemented based on the situation.

  • A custom property website will be created.

  • Just Listed postcards mailed to the surrounding area residents.

  • With owners permission, Broker Open House for local agent community.

  • A custom color property brochure will be created.

  • E-Blast with photos and property website link sent to agents working with buyers.

  • Detailed description of the property with professional photography in desert area and Los Angeles multiple listing services.

  • With the owner’s permission, a For Sale sign will be placed on the property.

  • With owners permission, For Sale sign placed on the property

  • Syndication of listing to multiple websites with worldwide exposure such as Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia and many more.

  • Custom property postcards will be designed and mailed to the area.

  • The property will be advertised in the MLS guide with a full page color advertisement.
